2. Notification of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent, please report alleged infringements by providing a formal DMCA Notice. Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, including the removal of the challenged link from the Service listings.
Required Details for Notice:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material or link you claim is infringing (e.g., the specific stream URL or M3U playlist entry).
- Your contact information (Address, telephone number, and email).
- The following two statements:
"I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
"I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner." - Your full legal name and physical/electronic signature.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a result of an error.
5. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
6. Disclaimer
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may hold you liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. This policy does not constitute legal advice.
