Required Details for Notice:

• Identification of the specific material or link you claim is infringing (e.g., the specific stream URL or M3U playlist entry).
• Your contact information (Address, telephone number, and email).
• The following two statements:

3. Designated Copyright Agent

Deliver your completed Notice to the IPTV Instant Copyright Agent:

*Notice: Emails sent to other departments may not be processed.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a result of an error.

5. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimer

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may hold you liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. This policy does not constitute legal advice.
