- Storage Limitation: We purge technical logs on a recurring 24-hour cycle.

05 International Transfers & SCCs
Our server infrastructure is distributed globally to ensure low-latency 4K streaming. If you are located in the EEA, your data may be processed on nodes outside the EEA. We ensure that such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that within the EU.
06 Security & Encryption
We implement "Privacy by Design." Our Anti-Freeze 10.0 technology is not just for streaming—it includes advanced security layers that mask your traffic from Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and encrypts all communications between your application and our server backbone.
07 Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The lead authority for our UK-based users is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). However, we encourage you to contact our internal Privacy Team first to resolve any concerns rapidly.
