01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iptvinstant.it.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This is a legally binding agreement between you and IPTV Instant. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the Service. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any future modifications to these Terms.

02. Description of Service

IPTV Instant provides users with access to a collection of private television nodes and on-demand content streamed via the internet. Our service utilizes Anti-Freeze 10.0 technology to optimize data delivery. This Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any attempt to use the Service for public broadcasting or commercial gain is a violation of this agreement.

03. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary hardware (Firestick, Android Box, Smart TV) and high-speed internet services required to access the nodes. You must ensure your use of the Service complies with all local, national, and international laws.

                Legal Compliance:
                You are responsible for the content you access and must ensure you have the legal right to view such content in your jurisdiction. Users should refer to their local government’s copyright guidance for specific information regarding digital media.
            

04. Subscription and Payment

Access requires a paid subscription. All fees are charged in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy (7-day technical failure guarantee). We reserve the right to change our pricing structures with prior notice to active members.

05. Content and Copyright

IPTV Instant does not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind. We act strictly as a technical directory and index of media streams hosted by third-party enthusiasts on the internet. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

06. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Sharing account credentials with non-household members.
Re-streaming, redistributing, or recording content for commercial distribution.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our private Tier-1 server backbone.
Using the Service in a manner that damages or impairs our network stability.

Detection of prohibited activity will result in an immediate account termination without the possibility of a refund.

07. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. IPTV Instant makes no warranties regarding the 24/7 availability of specific channels or content. We disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall IPTV Instant be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from the use or inability to use our streaming nodes.

08. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For more information on UK consumer rights, you may visit the Citizens Advice Bureau.
